
Statement on COVID-19: Jobsite Protocol
To Our Clients and Industry Colleagues:
Coastal International extends our heartfelt sympathy to all
who have been affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
In these difficult times, our priority is the continued health and
well-being of our families and friends, our employees and partners,
as well as our clients and communities.

Our company is currently following guidelines from local health officials,
CDC, WHO, and OSHA in our operations.
All operations personnel will adhere to the following health & safety measures,
when applicable, as required by show management, and/or the association, and/or the venue:

Employee temperatures will be taken at the start of each shift. Any employee with a reading of 100.4 F or higher, or showing any sign of sickness, will be sent home.

Management will oversee & administer proper use of PPE attire,
equipment, & sanitation methods, including social distancing, no physical
contact, facial coverings when required, hand-hygiene, equipment, tool & surface disinfectant
use at each jobsite.

Routine briefings will be held to review safety protocol,
with ongoing jobsite monitoring by management to ensure compliance.

Electronic communications and form exchange will be used in place of
face-to-face and personal exchange, where possible.

Regional operations teams will consistently act in accordance with
local government, venue, union and show management guidelines.
